My truck is 19 years old and needed to be ready for a long trip towing. They overhauled the power steering system and all the front steering components as well as other stuff.
I feel ready for my trip.
Have used them several times. The last time I took the jeep in for service, the 1st mechanic said I needed front break pads and they needed to order them. When I came back 2 weeks later to have them installed, the 1st mechanic was gone and a 2nd mechanic after inspecting the pads determine I did not need them. Management apologized (instead of installing and charging me for new pads) and stated that is the reason the 1st mechanic is gone.
Jeannine said she was traveling through the area when her vehicle failed. She called to this business and the technicians came to her, charged her to charge her battery so that she could operate the vehicle to the facility for the repair of the alternator. They were very helpful.
As usual, these kind folks go out of their way to provide professional services in a timely and responsive way. Going out of their way to make sure my vehicle and I are working in tip top shape. Thank you!

I brought my truck in because of a very loud squeak every time I hit even a small bump! After I left your shop this morning I’ve not heard a squeak even from the smallest bump! I tolerated it for two years! I go hunting once a week and considered the wildlife might be hearing me coming long before I got there! Thank you for your vigilant troubleshooting!
