Great service
Once again, on this visit I received great service! Brandon took good care of me, from scheduling the repair and getting parts to handling my payment. I depend on my wheelchair accessible van - can't go anywhere without it! - and they made sure the repair was completed as fast as possible so I didn't have to be without it a minute more than necessary. Pricing was reasonable. Great customer service!

Got me in right away to repair tire
Ran over a screw and tire was leaking air very quickly. Called Simotes and rhey got me in within the hour. Not only patched my tired but I only had to wait 15 mins. Employees were so polite and respectful as well. Woild highly recommend them for any repair needs.

Second Vehicle Purchased from Simotes
I had a great experience both times I visited Simotes for a used vehicle. After success with my oldest daughter’s car, we returned for an SUV for my younger daughter. Cris was low-pressure and had several options ready in our price range. My daughter chose one we hadn’t expected—and it was perfect. The extended warranty was affordable, so I added it. Grant in finance was understanding even when I had to rewrite the check. I’ll definitely return when I need a car!
