Snapp’s Service Center stands for honesty and professionalism!
The nice folks at Snapp’s were able to check out our car without an appointment. It was an emergency because the steering suddenly started to vibrate hard and pull to the right. They were able to squeeze us into their full schedule. Ted, the owner was able to figure out the problem as soon as he was able to inspect our car. He did not charge for his time because he was able to a quick visual inspection and didn’t have to spend much time to inspect. The remedy was to replace a tire. Ted gave me the option to look for new tire or he could take care of for me. I opted to take care of the problem to save money. I appreciate his honesty, generosity and professionalism.
