First and excellent experience with Spark: delivered as promised within the hour, with stain added to detect future leaks.

New alternator
We dropped off our car at Sparks and even with their busy schedule, they were able to fix our car promptly. Julie is the best Service Manager I have ever met! She is so personable and knowledgeable and just an overall asset to Sparks. We also met the mechanic who worked on our car and he was very respectful as well. We highly recommend Sparks and will return ourselves for any future repairs.

Brake and idle shacking
I think they did a decent job for my first major visit. However, their diagnostic did not detect the idle shaking issue. They took care of a rotor\brake job that the dealership botched up. Only thing I disagree with is the 3+% charge for using your credit\debit card. Only way to avoid this is to use cash. Wish they stated this up front.

We didnt really feel a bad idle,but we did the upper engine service as that should be performed every 30,000 Miles, if that did not take care of the problem we can recheck at No Charge. Im sorry you didnt know about the credit card charges, Thank you for your patronage!

On time, professional and very friendly service,
Had problem with thermostat and told should still be under warranty and take to Dealer. Did and was covered. Cost would have been over $2,000. An example of the professional and customer service by Sparks.

It was great. Had a new canister put in because my engine light came on.
I had a great experience n I think the guys at sparks do a great job n they always keep you updated on your car so your not just sitting there woundering what happened to my car. Plus by the time I went outside n git fesh air. They were pulling my car out of the shop. Plus my uncle comes here n he always has a great experience.
