We disagreed strongly with your assertions in this review you posted.  Your Toyota was towed into our facility not running. We had to jump start your vehicle in our parking lot to get it running.  After a very short test drive, one of our ASE certifiec technician recognized the transmission in your vehicle needed replacement.  We also noted the fluid in the tranmission was in poor condition and had been overheated, clear signs that your transmission with over 200,000 miles on it needed replacement.  We then provided you with a detailed estimate for a replacement transmission from one of our suppliers that would come with an extended warranty.  We also then advised you not to have this repair completed as it would not make financial sense.  In this case, as requested, we confirmed you fear that your older vehicle needed a replacement transmission, provided you with an exact estimate for this type of repair, and advised you not to undertake this repair as it would not be a wise financial investment based on our experience.  You were then charged our minimum charge of $70.53 for this type of analysis.  We feel our fees are more than reasonable for the services we provide to all of our customers.
