Check engine light diagnosis and follow up
A few days before I headed out of town my check engine light came on. Spring Street diagnosed the problem that day, scheduled a follow/repair for a few days later and the problem was addressed before I left town. Trip was stress free knowing Spring Street had my car running its best. Thank you.

Very helpful and honest
I felt they wanted to help fix my vehicle, not sell me something I didn't necessarily need. Mark helped me understand the issue. My engine light came on the day before a holiday and Mark was kind enough to diagnose the issue and assure me I could continue to drive my vehicle until he could get it in for a repair.

Great service
Didn't realize my mileage until I was over due on a recent trip for work. Called for an oil change and they booked me first thing the next morning. Plus, it was tire rotation time and no worries for them as they pointed it out to me. Been going here for the past 30+ years and the service is the reason why
