Sale and service beware
Everything about this dealership is a rip off. I have purchased a vehicle from Springfield. Hyundai managed to flip me upside down on a trade-in value. Service is terrible at the service department. All service wants to do is just have a money grab likes to sell you stuff that is not related to your car repairs and also does not guarantee anything due to service except for a money grab for technicians, and and service advisors. Service riders are paid by commission to upsell you every service and also when it comes to get your car repaired, they are nothing but a bunch of pencil pushers. Please be aware of service and sales.. I am just speaking from an experience two engines later and a vehicle that isn’t worth anything
