Great communication

We recently brought a Mercedes Sprinter to Tualitin from Salem for repair of failing wheel sensors. The repair involved ordering new sensors from Mercedes. It took a few days before they arrived. Mike made sure we were kept up on the differing arrival times and when our vehicle’s repairs would be completed.
Great service and communication is at a premium at Sprinter Pros in Tualitin.

Was hoping for a warranty adjustment on a recent repair

In November I had my 2006 sprinter in to replace/repair my steering rack after it had been hit. The repair was great and has preformed well since then. I did notice my front tires wearing excessively on the outside over the 5000 miles I drove since the repair. I explained the situation and brought it in a couple weeks ago. I knew it needed an alignment at least or some sort of adjustment thinking the new steering rack might have settled or something. I was hoping the repair would fall under a warranty (being less than 6 months since the original repair) or at least get a decent break on the adjustment. I did not get either, I was also surprised an alignment was $185. I did get a small break so I paid $170 something. I really didn’t think I would be in over $100 even that day. My experience outside of this has been great with you guys, I know It was a couple weeks ago now but if there is anything that can be done like a credit or something I would appreciate it.

Great Source for Sprinter Service

I had my brake fluid flushed, a one hour job while I waited. The only reason I didn't give five stars was the mud I had to remove from the carpeted floor mats. Not good.

Disappointed

After picking up my Promaster van I can't say I've ever been more disappointed in a service on any vehicle I've ever owned.

I asked to look into my driver side mirror auto fold - which I was told would need to be replaced. My passenger side mirror auto fold is now completely broken. This was fully operational when I dropped it off. I can see where the tech attempted to pull the plastic apart to gain access to the internals for some reason. It's so broken on the highway the wind hitting it makes it fold in.

Also, the charge for tire rotation and oil change was $540, this is an absolute egregious price gouge. This is about 4 to 5x the cost of any other shop for this van.

I regret giving this shop a try - stay away.

Quick and Painless

You guys were friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, quick, and more importantly, affordable compared to a Mercedes dealer! It was a refreshing experience after paying $$$$$ every time I went to the dealership, often waiting 2-3 weeks to get in there, and keeping up for a week in their shop.
