My husband and I had a blow out. We called St. Charles Hyundai. To get our new tires, we have always used them for our service and never received treatment like we received on July 1st. They basically told us they would not be able to help us, the next available appointment would be July 16th, never again will we use this dealership for service or to purchase a new vehicle.
