Bon sens d'écoute et disponibilité
Les négociations ont duré quand-même une 3 à 4 semaines, mais à chaque communication Anthony Roy était à l'écoute, disponible et disposé à trouver des réponses et des solutions à nos préoccupations. Nous ne ne regrettons pas d'avoir parcouru environ 1400km (aller-retour) pour boucler cette affaire.
Nous espérons maintenant que le service après vente sera tout aussi impeccable qu'a été la vente.
