Used car salesman
I am an actual customer, that was my mistake, and will never happen again. I would caution all NOT to use stark for any repairs. He is a used car dealer, nothing more. He is not a manager, otherwise the mechanics would be trained beyond changing oil. They would also have equipment to fix their mess up, rather than sending the customer to a competitor to finish the repair. The final insult was refusing to cover the additional cost incurred because of their incompetence. Tim Stark is no manager, he is after all, just a used car salesman.
