The experience solidified why I will continue being a customer
I don't remember the name of the manager behind the desk, but he is very patient, even keeled, and knowledgeable. I can ask a lot of questions and continue thinking of new ones as well as issues to address, and he handled that very well without any signs of irritation. I was very impressed at his leadership running that shop. I hadn't been there in five years for a tire rotation because I put very little miles on my truck. I live 21 miles away from the shop and while driving up, I wasn't sure if it was worth that long drive and maybe I should look for a closer shop. After Saturday's experience, I am definitely going to keep using this shop for my tire work.
