I purchased my car at Steinbrenner’s and absolutely love it. Greg found me the car that I wanted right down to the color.
Today I was in for my first oil change, which was complementary because of the car purchase. Everything went so smoothly and efficiently.
Well, while I was there, I overheard a conversation between Serena, the business manager and a customer. She was so attentive, kind, and helpful to the customer. This was all done in a very professional and knowledgeable, manner. The customer commented on how much she trusted Steinbrenner, and I added, that I felt the same.
If you want excellent service, with the addition of personal attention, and customer care, this is the place to go.

First oil change and car check up was free
We had the car since Nov.,so far we are liking it very much. Check engine was on a few days. Then went out. Mechanic checked it promptly and diagnostic came back good to go.

Air conditioner wasn't working.
Steinbrenner's garage is the best place to have my car serviced. I dropped my car off, they fixed my air conditioner and they called me when finished. I even made my next service appointment for oil change and inspection. Service is awesome.

Consistently good.
Calling to make an appointment for an oil change, it was suggested that I wait a week or so because I still had over 1,000 miles to go. I called the following week and brought my car in. Mr Steinbrenner asked if I had any questions or concerns with my car and I hesitated, because the car was fine but the tires/wheels sounded funny, making a thudding sound. He will check it out. When he called back later, the oil change had been done and he asked when my tires had been rotated and aligned last. He suggested that he rotate them and if that doesn’t help he could align them. It was definitely a tire issue. Was. It worked! The sound is gone and the car drives like a dream! Thank you, Mr Steinbrenner! I’ll be back!

As always they are prompt and friendly and thorough! Serena was able to squeeze me in for an oil change and tire rotation right before the weekend of my daughter’s college graduation. (So much to do) Rob was great as always taking care of making sure it got done!! 10/10
