Calling to make an appointment for an oil change, it was suggested that I wait a week or so because I still had over 1,000 miles to go. I called the following week and brought my car in. Mr Steinbrenner asked if I had any questions or concerns with my car and I hesitated, because the car was fine but the tires/wheels sounded funny, making a thudding sound. He will check it out. When he called back later, the oil change had been done and he asked when my tires had been rotated and aligned last. He suggested that he rotate them and if that doesn’t help he could align them. It was definitely a tire issue. Was. It worked! The sound is gone and the car drives like a dream! Thank you, Mr Steinbrenner! I’ll be back!

I recently moved and have been looking for a trustworthy mechanic in the area. I was told Steinbrenner was a reliable and honest place to go. I must say they exceeded my expectations. Friendly, family owned, transparent, affordable, and quick. Plus they provide a shuttle service which makes it even more convenient. It’s my new go-to mechanic and I highly recommend.
