Friendly service. Job issues afterwords.
When I picked my truck up, there was a piece of trim not assembled properly. They ordered a new piece and I had to return for swap out. Then I noticed fuel lid keeper wire was I correctly installed and two screws that were inside the fuel door were about to fall out. I tightened the screws and then returned to tell them about the fuel cap. They have to order another piece and I have to go down again for them to swap. It’s very Inconvenient for me to go there. I wish it could have been reassembled correct the first time. What else is loose????

Excellent Service.
The completed the repairs on my truck professionally and quickly. They made sure I had a rental car waiting for me when I arrived to drop off my truck. They kept me informed throughout the process. We have used them many times in the past and will return if needed in the future.

The service experience was great
I really enjoyed working with stinnetts. When I arrived my rental car was ready and waiting. They kept me updated on what was going on and everything seems to be in good working order.

Back Window
I had some body work done awhile back and Stinnett's did great. Had an issue with .y back windows like it was literally just in the track, not glued in. I brought it there to see if they could fix it and they did. Didn't even charge me.

Communication Problem
Quality of work was good, however we seemed to have a problem with communication. When I initially brought the car in to be repaired on Monday, I was told that it would be finished hopefully on Friday. However, some hidden damage was discovered which I found out through my insurance company I called to see how that would affect when I could get my car. I was told that the part would be in next Monday. When I asked if it would ready Tuesday I was told that would be doubtful, however they would keep me informed. i didn't hear anything back so I called Wednesday and they said it would be ready the end of the week. I heard nothing so I called Thursday afternoon to see when it would be ready Friday and they said in the afternoon but gave me no definite time. Friday I called between 1:00 and 1:30PM. and was told that they were washing the car and he would call me back in about an hour. Two hours later I had never heard anything from this person so I again called because we were trying to make plans to pick up our car and get the rental car returned before closing time. Then I was told the car was ready to be picked up. When I came to get the car I was told that I owed about $500 more than the insurance check and my $500 deductible, but my insurance adjuster had told me that they were sending another check to cover the balance after the additional damage had been discovered. The person then checked with another lady working there and she verified I was correct.

My car looks good.
Mitch stepped up and made this a good experience. I appreciate his attention to detail and very kind demeanor. It’s never a fun time having collision repairs but if it happened again where I needed an auto body shop I’d come back here.

Repair on a 2018 RaV4
I was pleased with the work done on my 2018 Rav4.
The work was excellent and the Stinnett team was helpful and friendly. I was impressed that they even cleaned the inside of the car which wasn't part of the repair. This went beyond the call of duty.

Great folks to work with
Just had to drop the vehicle off they had my rental ready to go and when I returned to pick up my vehicle only took ten mins tops I ut of my busy day dropping off and picking up. They done an outstanding job keeping me informed as to the progress of fixing my vehicle aswell. Definitely recommend them to anyone needing repairs done.
