Casey said they did a good job. He dropped his vehicle off and they found some other thing so he has to bring it back in. He wishes they would've called him when it was there, he would've told them to fix it then, so he wouldn't have had to bring it back in. Besides that, everything was good.

Hi Casey. The "good and bad" of having a busy shop and having our schedule full (sometimes too full admittedly) it isnt always possible to fit additional work in if/when found on a vehicle slotted for a certian work, but I sincerely understand the frustration. We apologize and sincerely will hope to do better for you next time. We have found that when these things happen and we try to tackle something not in the wheelhouse of the appointment, we end up making the other appointments late that follow.. Sincerely we hope to do better for you next time
