I was disappointed because I thought the car would be working better than it was. The car was still smoking and when I called about it that is when they told me the problem in the car they couldn't fix. I just wish someone would have told me that before.

The vehicle was towed to our shop after it had already been disassembled by another repair facility. At the time it arrived, there was significant uncertainty regarding the original issue, as well as whether all necessary parts had been provided with the vehicle.

Before agreeing to take on the job, we clearly explained that we could reassemble the vehicle, but we could not guarantee that it would be fully operational afterward due to the prior teardown and unknown condition of the vehicle. We expressed these concerns multiple times during our conversations. However, because you had been a valued customer, we agreed to help under the circumstances and time constraints involved.

Since we were not involved in the original diagnosis or disassembly process, there was no reliable way for us to identify potential issues until the vehicle was reassembled. Our role was specifically to put the vehicle back together, and that is the service we completed as requested.

Regarding your comment, “I wish they would have told me that before,” we did our best to communicate the risks and limitations prior to the vehicle being towed to our shop for correction of another facility’s teardown.
