Not what I expected
First time needing repairs and as I’ve always done service with sub of Portland where I bought my vehicle I expected better from the collision repair team. Poor communication, repair completion changed multiple times, excuses on each expected date of completion, no updates unless I called myself and now my vehicle smells like a hot engine leaking fluids every time it’s running, inside my vehicle.
