Peace of mind

Cigarette odor in vehicle after service
I have been coming here for a couple of years now and have generally been happy with my experience. They are typically pretty easy to schedule with and are good about sticking to appointment times and getting you in and out in under an hour for an oil change. However, after my most recent visit I was immediately taken aback by the cigarette odor in my car after having the oil changed. Even an hour later, after driving with my windows down, it was still noticeable. I went to pick up my teenage son and he immediately asked me why my car smelled like cigarettes. This was completely unprompted - I had not asked him if he could smell it or mentioned anything about the smell to him. I shared this with my husband and he said he noticed the same thing after he took his vehicle there. I’ve always liked the people there and felt they do an honest job, but I don’t know that I will go back just due to the is issue. It is also a bit more expensive than some of the other places available.

I started going to Sullivan's with just my Kia. Next, I started taking all my other vehicles. They are awesome!!! I am so thankful to find a great place to take my vehicles which I trust. All the staff are friendly and always checking on my questions.
