The gentleman at the front desk was very snappy, impatient, and rude. I was quoted 2 different diagnostic fees, $75 over the phone and $125 when I arrived, I guess he didnt know I was the same guy on the phone, regardless that was inconsistent and raised a red flag. I was ready to take my car and leave, I paid the $75 and will get my vehicle repaired elsewhere.
