Neil brings a great deal of experience to the table. He looked at the problems that I was experiencing and set forth a plan to correct it.
I described the problems that I had with my vehicle. And Neil took control of the situation. He explained in detail how he was going to do the job. He also explained what parts were involved and what the job would cost with parts and labor. And then he estimated how long it would take to do the job. Overall it was as pleasant an experience as you could hope for.
