A Promise Kept
I needed an oil change on my truck and I called and asked Jeff if he could have the work done by 1:00 pm if I dropped my truck off in the morning, because I had to leave for work at 1:30. Jeff assured me that my truck would be done. As promised, it was finished even earlier, at around 11:30.

Exceptional Customer Service
When I called to make the appointment to get the oil changed and tires rotated on my wife’s SUV, the guys at Sunset were extremely busy, but Jack told me if I was able to leave the vehicle with them they would work it in to get the work done for us. We’ve been bringing our vehicles here for over twenty years and that is the attitude Jack and the guys have always had. No matter how busy they may be, they always find a way to get things done and done right. Just as importantly they never tell us we need work done that isn’t necessary.

I have been taking my families vehicles here for more than 15. Always friendly, courteous and respectful. These guys love cars, they stay current as techs, have a passion to help and have proven to me time and time again they are smart, innovative and WAY less than the dealers. Brought a vehicle in. Not sure what to expect. Turned out both problems were minor. They could have easily said that the problems were not minor, and inflated the price. It is great to have an automotive repair shop that you can trust.

2003 F150 - Hard to find parts.
Jay and the crew at Sunset went beyond our expectations to locate hard to find parts and actually went out of their way - drove out of town - to pick up some parts on our behalf. We are especially grateful as our son is recovering from an accident and we could not make time to pick up or locate the parts. Thanks for helping us during these trying times. Was notified that part came in and they left message asking if I still wanted to install it. A week later, when I decided to call back, Jay was very gracious and gave me the quote. They worked with my schedule and got me right in. I arrived early and they were very helpful. The work was done before my lunch hour and it has exceeded expectations. Very timely and professional.
