I’ve been trying for days to get the reconditioning report on a vehicle I’m seriously interested in, but the experience has been nothing short of a mess. Veronica, the online salesperson, repeatedly messaged me to come in, even scheduled an in-person appointment — all before providing the information I specifically asked for.
I was bounced between departments, told I needed to speak to finance for warranty info, left voicemails, only to have finance say, “talk to sales.” Sales? They’ve been no help either. I’ve spoken to multiple people — Mike, Cliff, Veronica — and each one either promised to send over information that never came or gave vague excuses. One said the report would be over “right away” (twice), another claimed the car was still being prepped.
How is it still being “prepped” when it’s been listed for sale since January 17, 2025? That’s three months! Either the car’s not ready, or your team is just stringing people along.
I called one last time spoke to Andy who helped navigate the reconditioning report issue and offered to help start financials. I made it very clear that I am pre-approved but wouldn’t mind giving their financing a shot to beat the rate only AFTER I received the reconditioning report and we’ve agreed to OTD cost. We are now another day later with no report in sight, still haven’t heard back from finance on warranty options.
I was ready to buy, but the disorganization, poor communication, and constant runaround have completely killed my interest. It shouldn’t (and previously hasn’t) taken 3 days to purchase a vehicle. Do better.
