My coolant light kept coming on, so I brought my car in for a thermostat replacement. While I was there, I also had my brakes done. The team at Surgical Auto Repair handled both jobs quickly and professionally.

What I really appreciate is that they treat me and my vehicle like family. They explain what needs to be done, provide you with options and there are never any surprise charges.

This is my second Land Rover that I've owned and I've been coming here consistently...the service is always excellent. It's refreshing to find an auto shop where you can trust both the quality of work and the people doing it. Highly recommended.

Work completed but at what cost
Brought my car in for repairs and had to leave it over night. Ms. Sandra was very nice and explained everything well. When the work was done, I found that my center gearbox cover was broken. Nobody said anything to me but I know it wasn’t broken when I took it to them. I didn’t even say anything about it because I was so pissed off. I went for one repair and now another is needed.

Tanueyah stated she asked for the price before the vehicle was worked on, they didn't provide a price until they worked on the vehicle. She didn't appreciate that was not communicated to her prior to the work being done. They did great work, but they did not communicate the price prior to work. Aside from that, she would recommend their business.

My car came out worse than when it went in
The alignment was suddenly yanked to the left. There was a sudden loud rattling coming from under the vehicle. My muffler started to rumble taking off from a red light.
