I Must say i am suprised by this review, You have been a customer of ours for quite awhile, We always give you the very best price we can. You fail to mention in your posting that we use original parts on your car not cheap Autozone parts which i will not use on any of my customers cars because i stand behind my reutation and my warranties and using these CHEAP Autozone parts will only set me up for failure in my customers eyes ans I refuse to do that. You also fail to mention as you do in each of your visits ask for dicount discount discount and want us to give you everything at our cost and this is a true statemant. I also came in this morning because i get a copy of the reviews posted and you had sent another review asking SureCritic NOT to post your previous negative review which is the one you have posted here, I understand maybe you getting home and having a change of heart and realizing maybe we do the right thing here like we explained to you.
Also you failed to mention all the times we have done diagnostics to your car for 45.00 instead of the normal 112.00 cost I can go on and an but I will leave it hear. So if you feel so disappointed in getting quality service with quality parts that will not fail on you than maybe we are not the right Repair shop for you for your furtthur repairs.
