My experience was really bad. Ripped me off on a repair and lack of respect.
I will never go there again and I'm going to let the whole southside and state know of the overcharging, and lack of communication and respect. Worked on my vehicle without my permission, without letting me know what was going on or price! Then stuck me with a huge, ridiculous bill. Completely unjustly and ripped off. Swift Auto and Joe never apologized nor tried to make the situation right. Terrible business and hopefully nobody else makes the mistake of getting work done there. Also highly overcharging customers for work!

Don't know what your problem is, you have been a good customer for years. I talked to you 3 times about what was going on and step by step, everything we were doing, informed you the whole way, also have old part can prove it all needed done. I said I would do what I could to make you happy to bring truck back obviously you just want it free,
