Spoken to like a child
I am a 40 year old woman. My dad did me a solid and took my car to get a diagnostic as I had to work. I called when I got off of work to get an idea what's going on with my car. The man who answered the phone talked to me like I was a child saying he called me (he did not) and left a message (he did not) with the information about my car. He spoke with my dad but not me...until I called him. It's 2026. Women are not second class. Please treat us with respect.

we are sorry you felt like you were being treated as a child,  that was not our intent we did try to call you or the number we have on file left a message we only called your dad trying to make it convenient for you to get information, at no time did we mean to treat you as a second class citizen or even sinuate that we are so sorry if you felt that way

I am sorry if I Offended you, I did call number we had on file and left message, So we did call your Dad to let some one know what was going on. We know you were at work and was try to get information to someone on car. I could not talk to you if you don't answer phone. Never once aimed to treat a woman as second class. Was try to Communicate on car. So you would know sorry I call your dad to let someone know
