First class treatment
Brad welcomed me with a smile when I walked in the door. I believe he was the one who navigated me through the phone call, setting up the appointment. He patiently answered all of my questions. I was also pleasantly surprised when he offered me a loaner car so I could go about my day off while the car was getting worked on. I received updates on what was necessary and what I could put off for a later appointment. I was called when the car was finished, and pleasantly surprised when the bill was a bit less than the actual quote I had been given. Very pleased and most certainly will return and recommend my friends.
