Customer service is great. The lady in the office was very nice and helpful. The total cost was close to the estimate given prior to getting the work done. The Mechanic talked to me as an intelligent person and not like a dumb girl with no automobile knowledge. Much appreciated. I gave a 4 out of 5 only because there is always room for improvements.

Quick replacement of truck wipers
After dealing with a very disinterested and strange employee at an auto supply store which left me sure I would not do business there for my truck windshield wiper needs, went to Synergy in Strasburg where work was done fast and correctly by Brian.
