I’ve been going to T&L on the recommendation of a friend since my car went out of warranty four years ago. I was going on a road trip and had them inspect the car and do any maintenance the car needed before being driven several thousand miles. I was shocked when Tony charged me over $1,000 less than I’d come to expect from Honda dealerships. My car aced the trip and return without issue. Since then, Tony, George, and company have assessed each mechanical situation fairly and accurately and, offered scaled options and approaches for repairs, which services needed to be done and which could wait, and a timetable on when I might need certain services if I were to put them off at that time. Each time (literally), I’ve been impressed with their honest assessments and each time, I have ended up paying less than I expected, even now. My car is 12 years old and they keep it running like it’s half that age.
