Service
Had recall service done on my jeep so decided to include an oil change and replace a headlight. It wasn’t until I picked up my vehicle and was looking at the service they completed that I saw the recommendation for brakes. There was a note next to it that said “customer declined”. Not once had I received a phone call stating I needed brakes. So now I have to have another appointment to get that done! Very inconvenient!!
