Poor quality and made my vehicle worse
I dropped my vehicle off with a check engine light and after diagnosis, It was determined timing issues were the primary cause. The vehicle sat at the shop for nearly 4 months with promised delivery dates that were not met. finally when I picked up the vehicle after paying over $4000 the engine sounded rough and the check engine light came back on while on my way home to the valley. After diagnosis, 19 error codes came up, including timing and misfire engine problems all of which were supposed to have been repaired by the shop. I have since emailed the shop requesting communication in writing for documentation purposes requesting a refund of the money I paid for a repair that was not complete to industry standards and actually worsened my vehicle and now I am up to $6500 in additional cost to repair their work that was supposed to be completed by the shop. I hope they make it right as I have documentation and video from the current repair regarding the work they completed.
