Failed to mark my snow tires.
Common sense to mark the position of tires when removing snow tires from the winter. I requested that they make sure to mark them also. Still forgot to mark them, and when confronted they wanted to mark them while they were in my back seat by guessing which one came off where.

I always know what to expect from Tallmans . From making the initial appointment, polite and accommodating. To arriving at the shop … always greeted w a smile , friendly and professional. I’ve never had to wait beyond the time frame they told me . Very clean waiting area w beverages . Prices are reasonable and I trust them 100% .

Excellent store management
This team always takes care of my baby. The store manager Christan leads an amazing team. Customer service is inviting and friendly. Repair costs are reasonable. When the vehicle will need another service for any thing that could put you at risk, the service reps will inform you without feeling like youre being pressed to have it repaired with this shop. I highly recommend this shop as being a great shop to place your loyalty.

Questionable
I took my vehicle to Tallman’s for a tire rotation, since I purchased my tire there. Two days prior my vehicle had an oil change and multi point check at the Toyota dealership. The dealership noted I need only a new air cleaner. All suspension was checked and was in the green. However two days later, Tallmans said I needed 1800.00 to change out two bushings. I find it interesting that the dealership didn’t not find any errors and all checkpoints where in the green whereas Tallmans said my suspension was faulty. secondly the Tallmans tech left an oil rag on my passenger seat.

I tried reaching out to you. We take pride in our work. I did confirm with the tech that those bushings are going bad on the lower control arms. They are not a dire need like explained to you in person but will be needed at some point in time. Please give me a call if you would like to discuss this further.
