Horrible service!
I have a 2023 Hyundai Elantra Hybrid, and the engine suddenly stopped working in the middle of traffic in May 2025. I took the car to Hyundai of Hoover.

First, they claimed they could not duplicate the issue. Thus, they gave me the car back in mid-June 2025.

Then, the problem repeated itself, as I backed out of my garage, and pulled out my phone to film it, as it happened in mid-June 2025.

They kept my car for the remainder of June, and through the end of July 2025, that I had to get a case manager on it. After that, they finally started “discovering” what was wrong with it: a swollen battery!

They finally replaced the battery, and returned my car to me! Then, nearly three weeks later, the problem repeated itself. It has repeated itself three times, now in August 2025.

Since the problem repeated itself on Thursday, August 14, they will not be able to look at it until Tuesday, August 19, 2025!!

They are so incompetent!
