Worst service ever
After my negative experience with Tamiami Hyundai of Naples I have written the review where I described the situation. As I expected the owner did not even try to understand the issue and his answer was "my boys are the best". Probably, you did a huge effort to preselect each of them. But sometimes preselection can be a negative. How customer should react on sentence of one of yours service specialist that the electrical system of the car has a different current frequency on different bulbs? 12v DC has 0 Hz frequency. Everybody except your "best boys" knows about it. Why when I responded the same manner as your "best boys" spoke with me your company policy can't tolerate it? Double standards? Obviously for me but you. Your company is focusing only on pumping money out from customers and for sure I will choose another dealership and will spread my personal experience with Tamiami Hyundai of Naples everywhere.
