Honesty
I’ve been going to Bob for probably 20 years now, 6 to 7 different vehicles. Lots of repairs because my vehicles are older. Always prompt and fair. sometimes, because life‘s not perfect, the parts that they install fail. Without hesitation I’m right back in front of the line and they make it a priority to fix my vehicle without any additional cost.

Mysterious problem solved
The truck was having a problem that was happening when we drove the truck, but when we took it into Taylor it didn’t happen. Taylor was able to take care of the problem by just knowing from experience. That is all you can ask for a repair shop. Thanks Bob!

Oil Change and service
Another wonderful experience with Taylor Automotive. Had my oil changed and was informed my cabin filter needed to be replaced and both were done in a very timely manner. I was also informed that I'll be needing new front brakes soon, so will schedule another appointment to get new brakes.
The entire crew at Taylor Automotive are very professional and making doing business with them a pleasure.

Timely and great service, reasonable pricing, honest work.
I appreciate Bob the owner at Taylor Automotive. He is an honest man and prides himself on quality work by his staff. For example at my prior oil change he mentioned that cabin filter likely needed to be changed soon and showed it to me and that the brakes needed to be changed soon. So I opted to get it done but because of a hectic schedule had to wait a few weeks. Perfect timing to order the parts and schedule the appointment. Got it done and everything works great! Rare to find those qualities around in this day age.

Brought truck in for repair on fuel injectors and fix wiring on fuel pump
