Quality control puts customer satisfaction first.
I have bought 3 shells for various trucks over the years. Jackie helped me with those purchases. She's great. She knows the products and has years of expertise. I ordered a SnugTop and Jackie told me the lead time was 8-10 weeks. She reached out to me within that timeframe to update me on my order. She politely told me that my shell had arrived, but there had been damage to the shell in shipping. I was understandably disappointed that I would have my shell after waiting for it. Jackie thanked me for my patience. I realized how important providing the possible product with great customer service is job number one for The TE Team. I picked up my truck with the new shell and Cam, the installer, walked me through all the features of my purchase. He also explained that the shell initially delivered had flaws that would not allow them to sell it to me. Integrity is the word that first comes to mind when it comes to Jackie and Cam at TE Motorsports.
