Purchased a 2004 Ford explorer from team one two weeks ago paid 4500 Cash for it, told the salesman my wife needed a reliable vehicle for her and our two infant children we looked at several vehicles and he said the explorer was the most sold and best used vehicle they had so we decided to purchase the truck. 2 weeks after having the vehicle the transmission starts acting up so I take it to the transmission shop immediately, after a drive, and hooked up to the scanner our diagnosis the transmission is messed up and need a new or rebuilt transmission. The mechanic also informed us that the dealership knew about this because they have to do a safety inspection and vehicle check before it goes up for sale, and they could have cleared and codes or lights on the dash and vehicle would be fine just long enough for them to sell it. 2409$ later the truck if fixed. Team one are liars and dishonest all they want is money they don't care about their customers. Take your business some place else.
