My husband and I went to the dealership to look at a Palisade. After driving a 2023, we were going to take some time to think about it. The sales manager Jose was VERY persuasive and pressuring. He promised he would throw in all-weather mats if we purchased the vehicle. After talking about it, we did purchase the vehicle. That was in July and now in October, we still do not have all-weather mats. Despite repeated texts to Jose, and him promising me he would let me know when they came in, he is now claiming he didn't say that. He even had our salesman Tony call and offer for us to buy them at cost. He didn't even have the courage to tell me himself that he wasn't going to stand by his word. So, the moral of the story is, DO NOT believe the lies they tell to entice you to buy. Go somewhere else where folks are honest and will do what they say they will do. I will post on every social media site there is to make people aware of their nefarious business practices. Shame on you Team One Hyundai for allowing such behavior from a sales manager. Our salesman Tony was very professional during the transaction, but Jose was loud and obnoxious and now, proven to be a liar.
They sure didn't mind harassing us to complete the survey from Hyundai after the sell. I wish I knew then, what I know now. My comments would be MUCH different. If I could give you ZERO stars, I would.
