James said the technicians were not able to figure out the memory programming on the key fob between the fob and the seat. A technician also left another customer's keys on the seat inside of his vehicle, which he had to go back and return. The technicians are pleasant and professional. He will be returning on Monday for the air conditioning issue. He appreciated the proactive stance regarding the dye which was applied to detect a possible air conditioner leak.
