Early detection of a problem
Great service. Telle Tire tech's discovered a worn ball joint during a routine oil and filter changed. I am an old shade tree mechanic and assumed both lower ball joints would need replacement. However, their tech assured me that only one side was worn and would need replacement. In my opinion this was an honest analysis of a potential problem that was quickly repaired at a fair price.
