Poor responses to reach anyone
We brought our car into the service department and they determined that they needed to order parts. They said they would contact us when the parts arrived. After a week of not hearing anything, I called the parts department and they said the parts were in a few days before my call. We spoke to the service advisor and schedule an appointment to drop off our car. We did not hear any thing back from the service department so again we reached out to call them, and they told us the car was ready to be picked up very poor communications when I tried to call the service advisor to discuss this. No one answered the phone at the dealership And it went to voicemail which said the mailbox was full and could not accept any messages. What is going on with this dealership?

Excellent Sales and Service Departments
When we purchased our Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy in April 2023, Leo and the sales department went out of their way to find the exact color and interior we wanted and have it brought to the dealership. They were very friendly and helpful.

The Service Department has been excellent. Carlos and all the service staff are amazing and so very helpful.

Temecula Hyundai does it again with Service Department!
I had an outstanding experience at Temecula Hyundai, and I want to give a huge shout out to Adonis, my service advisor. From start to finish, he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He took the time to clearly explain the work that was being done on my vehicle and made sure I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. Even sent me a Lyft ride home and back!

Adonis went above and beyond with his customer service. He was prompt with updates, transparent about timelines and costs, and showed genuine care for both my car and my time. It’s not often that you leave a dealership feeling impressed, but thanks to Adonis, I did...

Worst service ever
Had rat damage. Charged $17,000.00 to fix. Never got an update on the rapid. Couldn’t get anyone on the phone. Had car 3 weeks! Then, to top it off, they return my car totally filthy with bird droppings.
The hit saw my face. He sued oh did you want it washed? I seismologist. I love driving dirty cars. Get me out of here!
Called service manager. Never got a reply.
My last Hyundai.

Great Car, Disappointing Service Experience at Temecula Hyundai
I loved my Hyundai, and I probably would have kept it if Temecula Hyundai had properly diagnosed and addressed the issues I experienced. Unfortunately, my experience with the service department was extremely disappointing. The service manager repeatedly dismissed serious mechanical problems, and it took the sales manager stepping in just to get my car accepted for service and to secure a loaner vehicle.

The sales team was fantastic—professional, helpful, and responsive—but the service department’s leadership showed little accountability or concern for customer safety. Thankfully, most of the service advisors were courteous and did not share the manager’s dismissive attitude.

Hyundai is a great brand with highly rated vehicles, but poor service management at this dealership is damaging their reputation and customer trust.

Service is great! Car, not so great.
We own a Palisade and a Sonata and both of them have had to have the engines replaced. The Palisade had under 50,000 miles when it started burning oil at a rapid pace. Turns out this is a known problem and I had to have the engine replaced. The Sonata had about 63,000 miles on it when the engine died and had to be towed into the dealership . The engine also needed to be replaced. Thank goodness both cars were still under warranty. I love my Palisade and all the safety features it has but will never buy another Hyundai. I have had cars in the past that had well over 125,000 miles before anything major started happening. I do have to give a shoutout to Ben in the Temecula Hyundai service department. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly when my Palisade was there from getting my rental car, to keeping me updated on my cars status until the day I got it back. Hopefully I won’t be back to the service department for anything other than regular maintenance but I will always ask for Ben. He is truly the best in his department!
