for a very long time a Used the services of Terry Winter ...I stop going because I felt that the company was "nickel and diming " the clients ..
I decided to give a chance, and I went to the facility last Thursday to make an appointment.
Darren asked me when I wanted to bring the car in ...I suggested Monday 16th.
He suggested 09H00 ...I said I prefer 10:00. He agreed immediately. That shows that you are not very busy...He also mentioned that it will take about 1.5 hours and I agree, saying a couple of hours will be fine ..but I have to wait...
Brought the car at 09:45 with the other gentleman .. I asked if it was possible to check why the water to the windshield on the driver side was not getting out ..He said no problem. one hour later Darren call me with an estimate: a little bit over $500.00..I said it was a expensive ....He start saying how busy the company was, also the mechanics are working on different cars ...and it is time consuming. I only replied this is not of my business...You asked me to bring the car at 10:00 and I did my part earlier ..
so what is all about .. It made it sound like they will have to disassemble half the car to get to see where it is leaking ....maybe the tube is clogged I don't know..question now how much is th estimate just for the AC...??
his answer : We maybe can take off $100.00...
I thought it was an estimate......very strange the way you do business ..
I authorized the $500 minus , MAYBE the $100.00
he said the car will be ready in 2-3 hours.. I asked another 2-3 hours , he said yes and came back with the same narrative: we are very busy (he said another 2-3 times ) and not enough mechanics ..
After the phone conversation it took another 2.5 hours to have the car Reay..
the good thing is the AC is working ...
But I lost all trust in your Company .
