I quit after 11 years
I care about a lot of employees and people in the dealership and they do a great job. The management takeover from Mario is not as pleasant. Sadly I was asked to never come back to the dealership after I quit, never imagined that but I guess I dont have to wonder if I should go back and support my coworkers. You give your heart and soul, take care of customers and then are just kicked to the curb because you decided to not work 60-70 hours a week. Teton does put the customer first, they will do whats right for the customer but in my over decade experience the employee might not be treated the same, they might take a brunt of abuse for taking care of a situation. I watched 6 high level managers leave in the months prior to my departure, culture has changed. Hopefully they find it. back.
