Hey Glenn, thank you for your feedback. I want to apologize for not being able to get to your vehicle as soon as I thought we would. We made a last minute decision to close the Friday before our wedding. We tried to contact as many people as we could that would be affected. Unfortunately you did slip through the cracks and that is completely our fault. We do not ever want to come off rude or inattentive. When you called that day your name came up on the caller id and I knew exactly who you were and the situation with your vehicle, as did my receptionist. She asked me if we would be able to accommodate for this Friday and I told her that we would be closed and to apologize for any inconvenience. Rest assured we are focused on fixing the issue with your vehicle and did the best we could to get you back on the schedule. I will move some things around and get you in as soon as possible. Again I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We have both parts ready for install and are prepared to resolve the issue with your Jeep. I look forward to speaking with you.
