Yep..., my old Mule (2003 F-150 4x4) sometimes needs a little TLC. The moon roof after 22 years decided to freeze up. Greg and the boys @ Auto Smith got her ...ALL GOOD !! :-)))) !!! BG^^
Excellent, and professional . We were very satisfied being our second visit with scheduling, and finishing they are great at explaining issues with your vehicle. Will recommend them to all friends and family.
Very professional. Clearly explains everything. This was our 2nd visit and will always call them. We are very happy
with there service, and will recommend to anyone.
I suspected that the a/c just needed a recharge and was quoted $170. Zac got me a time a lot that worked well for me and let me drop it in the morning before opening. They verified the problem and got it fixed. It’s blowing ice cubes now. Very happy with the work and service.
Grateful a family member referred me to Autosmith. I trust these guys to resolve simple & complex maintenance issues with my 97 Buick. They keep me informed; are not pushy; & charge fair prices for their work. Grants Pass is fortunate to have this business with integrity & skills that the workers have.
I have been taking my vehicles to Auto Smith for several years now. They are always thorough, checking for anything they may need. I trust them completely with my vehicles. I have recommended them to others who are equally satisfied with the service they have received.
These guys take such good care of my vehicle. I've been coming to them for a few years now and they are honest to God great mechanics and incredibly fair.
I encourage anyone that needs work or regular maintenance to give them a call. They'll take good care of ya!
Autosmith has been taking care of my car for many years. Whenever I have maintenance done, I can rely on them to let me know if I need something done. When I travel, I always check with them to give me peace of mind that the car is in condition to run across the country. I’ve never had any situations where something wasn’t done correctly or completely.
My car (2009 Saturn Aura, under 1k miles) has had trouble with oil leaks in the last couple years. When Autosmith replaced the oil pressure switch in late March, I thought that was the end of the oil leaks issue. I was around because one developed just two days ago, on a Saturday. I set the appointment on Monday, they looked at it and did the work on Tuesday, and I have it back today, on Wednesday. The oil pressure switch was broken and, apparently under warranty.
Our PT Cruiser suddenly went from cold to not so cold. Called Auto Smith and arranged to drop off the car and have it looked at. In & Out ....Done! That's COOOOL !!!
