Great overall experience
Colin had a friendly and easy going demeanor while remaining professional when I brought in my old 1991 325i for an oil change. He obviously knows his craft as a specialist of BMW's. He gave me a list of recommendations. He was both frank and honest about being able to go another year with my brakes as is (factoring in the low mileage use of the vehicle) yet warning of the increasing difficulty in obtaining parts for an older car. He did not employ the sale tactic of the necessity of expediency in getting these areas attended to
ASAP. I appreciated the sincerity. I will definitely be a return customer.

These guys are wonderful. Alfredo returned my call after hours, they got the car into the shop right away. Andrew and Collin did a thorough job inspecting the car and giving me honest feedback. Overall, they were welcoming, efficient and really good at what they do.
I will go back any time if my BMW has any issues.
