Usually better
I am usually very happy with my service, however, this time I picked up my car and the inside had dirt all over. I had just spent an hour cleaning my car & opened the door to dirt on the floor, my seat and my door. It was also $10 more than the last time (just a few months ago). Not a huge issue, but would've been nice to know.
