They will damage your vehicle and take no responsibility
Brought vehicle in for a water pump and timing belt replacement, a month later the serpentine belt "coincidentally" broke and destroyed the engine. The Garage tried charging $4,400, but then immediately said they'd just charge half. Hmmmm, wonder why? Because they knew they caused the damage. Eventually after they tried getting the full $4,400 again, they settled on $1,600, but still claimed innocence and that they're mechanics are well seasoned and wouldn't have caused that.
Get that car back, and 1.5 weeks later, start getting a low oil pressure alarm. open the hood, and their "seasoned" mechanics didn't put the oil cap back on, dip stick was completely dry. Took it back in, and the owners son again did not take ANY ownership. We had not opened the hood until the low oil alarm, it was 100% them, again.
Will never take another vehicle to The Garage, you shouldn't either.

Chris we're very dissapointed with this review. We worked with you on everything we possibly could, the belt broke a month after the repair we did as you stated. Which there is no telling why, like we said. We were trying to do the right thing by splitting costs with you due to your frustration. The $4,400 was a rough estimate of just a portion of the job to be completed, after we had the final total (over $8,000) and split it down the middle with you, you were speaking very rude and cussing us out due to it. We again understood frustrations and tried to help out even more on the cost for you, because we felt for you. After the job was complete we had mutlipe people check over the vehicle before deaming it ready to go back to you. So the oil cap being missing is very odd to us. The reason being, if it was missing from the begining and the amount of test drives we took it on before shipping the vehicle, we would have had oil leaks from it. We still acted imidately after you had called with this issue, gave you oil at no charge. So to read this review after speaking with you and working with you as much as possible, you applogizing to us, and thanking us for it and leaving happy after, has left us very disapointed to read this now. We're sorry you're unhappy, and wish you the best.
