worst ever experience
If you own BMW please go somewhere else...save you money cause you will loss
without even repair your car, and of course they going to ask more money to fix other stuff, and please test your car before you paid,
do not trust them.

Excellent customer service
Honest, efficient, and excellent customer service. I will definitely return my Mini to The Haus and avoid the high prices of the dealership. As a nurse who has been working crazy and unpredictable hours this past year I appreciated that they allowed me pick up my car when it was convenient for me and outside of their posted business hours.

Wonderful experience - so far - with this local SM shop! Horrible car issue (oil in coolant - how did THAT happen???) / couldn't drive & had to find someone nearby my office. Everyone was so "on it", professional & communicative. This might become my primary repair shop... Thank, Haus...

They are very personable
This shop is owned by an extremely reliable guy. Everyone here is knowledgeable about MINI. They go far beyond providing a good quality service. Kevin takes every single step to ensure that his costumers are satisfied and well taken care of.
I never experienced anything like this before. This is an excellent business place. When I walk into a mechanic shop as a woman I always feel uncomfortable but not at the Haus. Here I feel like I’m among capable friends.

How many times have you brought your car into the shop for a checkup and are told your car is in perfect health and nothing needs to be repaired... Excellent experience
The Haus never fails to provide excellent customer service and first-rate car maintenance and repair. Just had oil change and service on my 2016 535d. Kevin gave me a very thorough explanation of a service light that had come on but didn't try to upsell me. Instead, he recommended driving the car and waiting to see if the engine light came back on. I did and it hasn't. Love this place.
