I had a dish washer installed and the installer was very kind and did a thorough job. The person who installed it last time did not do a proper job, so it was difficult to open and close it, and I didn't know that was the cause. Juan and Miguel explained this to me and they also took the time to drill holes in different places for the hose so that the water wouldn't back up.
